Hotel de Riu Boutique reserves the right of stay for its guests, clients, or passengers, who must comply with the rules contained in this regulation:
⦁ The Guest is required to register before arriving at the hotel.
They must adhere to the check-in (15:00) and check-out (12:00) times specified in the reservation policy.
⦁ The Guest is responsible for any damage and/or harm caused to themselves, to other guests, to employees, or to the hotel’s equipment and infrastructure, and is liable for the corresponding payment or compensation.
⦁ Only registered persons may enter the hotel.
⦁ Guests may not host or receive unregistered individuals in their rooms, and in any case must notify the Hotel in advance of any changes in the number or identification of the persons staying.
Under no circumstances may the number of persons staying in the room exceed the assigned or previously contracted capacity. Also, minors may not stay unaccompanied by their parents or a legal guardian over 18 years old who assumes responsibility for them.
⦁ Access to the Hotel will not be permitted to persons who:
· Show signs of intoxication, are consuming drugs, or display indications of having consumed them.
· Exhibit aggressive behavior or cause disturbances in the vicinity or at the entrance.
⦁ The Hotel is not responsible for any items left or lost by guests.
⦁ It is not permitted to access the common areas and zones of the Hotel before 10:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
Except for the breakfast area, which is available during the following hours:
- Summer: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Winter: from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
⦁ It is strictly prohibited to make disturbing noises, use musical instruments, or play music in an intrusive or high-volume manner.
⦁ Bringing food or drinks to be consumed in the rooms or any other area of the Hotel is not allowed.
⦁ The following is expressly prohibited:
a. Bringing animals into the hotel.
b. Carrying weapons of any kind.
c. Using the equipment installed in the common areas and the devices installed in your room for purposes other than their intended service.
d. Using high-electricity consumption appliances other than those provided in the room.
e. Removing any furniture or items from the rooms or common areas to the outside.
f. Causing disturbing noises, provoking altercations, and, in general, any act that disturbs or inconveniences other guests.
g. In accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 20.660, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and enclosed areas inside the hotel.
BY SIGNING THE REGISTRATION, THE GUEST DECLARES THAT THEY ACCEPT THIS HOUSE RULES IN ITS ENTIRETY.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REGULATION DOES NOT EXEMPT THE GUEST FROM OBLIGATIONS, AS THIS REGULATION IS BASED ON THE CURRENT NORMS AND LEGISLATION.
